Residential Complex

Panorama on Pechersk

Green Synapse acted as the general contractor for the Panorama on Pecherske residential complex in Kyiv, which was successfully commissioned in 2013. Our main goal was to ensure fast and high-quality construction, meeting all deadlines without compromising standards. The project involved creating premium living space with an emphasis on durability, functionality and attention to detail - and all this was implemented in a short time frame.

Construction of Production Facilities

Alapala (Istanbul)

Green Synapse completed a full cycle of construction work on modern production facilities for Alapala, a world leader in the production of equipment for the flour milling and grain processing industries. The scope of work included site preparation, foundation and general construction works, erection of walls, installation of engineering systems, as well as interior finishing and final handover of the facility. The successful completion of this project confirms our technical competence, commitment to quality and ability to implement complex industrial facilities of international level.

National Sports Complex

NSK "Olimpiyskiy"

We acted as the general contractor for the construction and development of functional areas, as well as the planning of pedestrian and transport routes, including parking spaces and public areas, around the National Sports Complex "Olimpiyskiy" in preparation for the final stage of the UEFA European Football Championship EURO 2012. Our work ensured uninterrupted transport accessibility and first-class infrastructure for this large-scale international event.

Cottage Community

Bogdanovka

Completed in 2010, the Bogdanovka Cottage Community is a residential development consisting of 68 modern cottages, built over a two-year period. This project marked a significant milestone in our early portfolio, showcasing our ability to deliver high-quality suburban housing on schedule and at scale. Designed for comfortable family living, each home was constructed with attention to detail, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. The project laid the foundation for our continued growth in residential development across the region.

KOZYN SEVEN CLUB

KOZYN SEVEN CLUB is a new, exclusive boutique cottage community inspired by the carefree spirit and intellectual elegance of 1960s Europe. A welcoming and warm living space that captures the essence of sunrise in Saint-Tropez — surrounded by forest and nestled on the banks of the Kozynka River in the prestigious Koncha-Zaspa area. The project includes only 11 luxurious villas, offering pristine air, unique architecture, thoughtfully designed landscaping, expansive terraces, and round-the-clock five-star service.

Sergey has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully managed the implementation of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects of varying complexity. He skillfully builds relationships with contractors, designers and customers, and manages construction teams and engineering and technical personnel.
